You do NOT have to sign in to Dropbox in order to read it, but you may want to hit the 'minus' key (as many as 13 times) to make it small enough to fit on one page, which will make it easier to read.
You can read the eBook online, or you can hit 'download' to download the PDF file to your computer. In case you don't have time to read all 40+ pages right now, you should either print it or download it so you can find it to read later.
